With only five UWGC meetings remaining he asked if it would be possible, starting with the March 15th meeting, that the meetings start at 3:00pm and continue until 5:30pm. A few could not start at 3:00pm or stay until 5:30pm. The decision is to start at 3:15pm and work to 5:30pm; if holding quorum after 5:00pm, will continue with the matters at hand; if not holding quorum, then will do some discussions about proposals.
