Join the IUP Career and Professional Development Center on Wednesday, October 2, at 6:00 p.m. in 225 Jane E. Leonard Hall for the second workshop in this fall’s Career Ready Seminar Series, Interviewing 101.
Interviewing can be nerve-wracking and intimidating, but it is a necessary part of applying to jobs, internships, and graduate school. When you know what to do and what to say, you can start to eliminate the stress and focus on selling yourself as an ideal candidate.
Join CPDC Associate Director Kelsey Thompson as she discusses the various types of interviews you might encounter and some simple, yet effective, strategies for how to prepare for and ace your next interview.
The Career Ready Seminar Series is inspired by the National Association of Colleges and Employers Competencies for Career Readiness. The CPDC develops its programs and services with intentionality to help IUP students gain and understand the necessary skills and competencies to be successful as they transition from higher education into the professional world.
Representatives from Enterprise Mobility will be in attendance as a part of their Career Ready Seminar Series employer sponsorship.
