Where to Get Help

There are many people at the university and within the Indiana community who are committed to assisting students during particularly stressful times.

Navigators

Currently enrolled students who need assistance with varying issues should reach out to their Navigator. You can find the name of your Navigator in MyIUP on the Student Success card, located on your Dashboard.

Report an Incident of Concern

Every person has the right to be heard, and ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø takes concerns and complaints very seriously. Report an incident of concern to us using the online form.

Emergency Notification System

IUP uses an SMS Emergency Notification System, an optional service that sends text messages (SMS) to your cell phone (or any SMS-capable device) in the case of an urgent campus-wide emergency.

This process allows you to designate the individuals or entities to whom your educational record information can be released.

Payment Plan Options and Billing Due Dates

Students have the option of paying their student account in full by August 20 for the fall term (January 20 for the spring term), or enrolling in a payment plan of five, four, three, or two payments.

Add Crimson Cash to I-Cards Through the GET Funds Site

I-Cards have long been a convenience for IUP students, combining security, vending, banking, meal plans, and more all in one card. At orientation, each new student is issued an I-Card with an individual Banner ID number and an ABA number.
