The IUP Libraries will offer students, faculty, and staff trial access to four new SAGE Research Methods collections. The collection topics span research methods case studies, health and medicine, data visualization, and business research. Trial access will run from January 31 through March 4, 2022.
SAGE Research Methods Online (SRMO) is a premier source of information supporting undergraduate, graduate, and faculty research work. Containing high-quality videos, e-books, and articles, SRMO gives detailed conceptual and technical instruction in a wide array of research methods and techniques.
This trial allows IUP students, faculty, and staff a chance to explore some specific sub-collections that are not currently part of our SRMO subscription:
- Methods Cases 1 & 2 (see the or watch the introductory )
- Medicine & Health Cases (see the )
- Data Visualization (see the or watch the introductory )
- Market Research Video (see the )
We hope you'll take some time to look at these collections and let us know what you think! Additionally, SAGE has offered to provide syllabus mappings to specific items, videos, and cases within those collections for any faculty member who is interested in seeing how these collections can directly support their teaching.
If you have feedback on these trials or would like to work with SAGE to investigate how these collections can support your instruction, please contact Chris Clouser, Collection Development Librarian, at cclouser@iup.edu or by phone at 724-357-5697.
