Warm-Up with Wellness is an opportunity for students to see our campus resources and engage in wellness events to help them practice self-care throughout the semester.
We will offer several mindfulness activities (yoga, gratitude journaling, crafting, and meditative art) and a raffle of the book Mindful Twenty-Something. All are invited on Wednesday, February 14, from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in Stabley Library room 203.
