The Crimson Youth Choir of the IUP Community Music School will present a cabaret-style winter concert at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 17, in the Blue Room of Sutton Hall on the IUP main campus.
The concert will feature selections that the choir has been working on all fall, such as “Over the Rainbow” and “Paper Crane,” but will also include such classic seasonal favorites such as “Text Me Merry Christmas,” “Deck the Halls,” and “Grandma’s Killer Fruitcake!” There will also be a number of small groups and soloists from the choir performing.
The choir is directed by IUP alumna Kye-Won Doyle, accompanied by IUP music professor Evan Engelstad.
Don’t miss this cabaret-style performance. Tickets are on sale, cash or check only, at the door for $5 Regular; $3 Seniors; and free for I-Card, military, and children 12 and under.
