IUP Punxsutawney staff members Rich Muth and Mysti Dinger volunteered with the Punxsutawney Chamber of Commerce to each adopt a fifth-grade class at Punxsutawney Elementary. 

gives young people real world knowledge and skills they need to understand career options, planning for their future, and how to make smart academic choices.

Volunteers present five different lessons throughout the course of the program. Utilizing the Junior Achievement curriculum, students learned about careers (including STEM), basic entrepreneurism, soft skills and work readiness, and creative product design and services.
