2022 students presenting research

The Annual Scholars Forum will be held Wednesday, April 5, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex. We are excited to host this in-person event and exhibit student creative scholarship from all colleges, including posters, podium presentations, juried artwork, musical performances, business case studies, and the 3MT competition. This is a wonderful opportunity to present your original scholarship in a professional setting.

Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to participate and attend. The abstract submission system is open, and until Friday, March 3, at 4:30 p.m.

Faculty, as you update your spring syllabi, please consider integrating the Scholars Forum into your classes. In past years, faculty have successfully assigned visiting the Scholars Forum for credit or extra credit—either walking down as a class, using attendance vouchers (provided by the Office of Undergraduate Research), or assigning students to attend independently and then turn in a worksheet or reflection paper.  This has proven to be a great way to expose students to opportunities within and outside of their area of study, learn from peers, and spark excitement about future research and career endeavors.
