The Office of Student Wellness and Engagement is supporting this semester’s Self-Care Day, not only through an array of event offerings but also by displaying signs with self-care tips.
The Office gathered advice provided by IUP students during the last Self-Care Day in the spring semester. These tips are on display in the Folger Student Center. All students are invited to stop by for ideas on how to best take advantage of the day and nurture their well-being. The signs will be on display indefinitely, and renditions of the tips will also be displayed on digital signage across campus.

“Drink plenty of water.”
“Take a break from social media.”
“Ask for help when you need it.”
“Keep in touch with family and friends.”
“Plan out your week to avoid unnecessary stress.”
