The Jones White Writing Center is pleased to announce that Andrew Yim, a second-year Composition and Applied Linguistics student and assistant director of the Jones White Writing Center, has been accepted as the newest graduate co-editor of the Peer Review.
The Peer Review is a journal sponsored by the International Writing Center Association and strives to publish works of tutors and new scholars in the field. Andrew's appointment will commence in January 2022.
Currently, Andrew works as the assistant director of the Jones White Writing Center, where he trains new tutors, helps coordinate the Thesis and Dissertation Boot Camp, tutors undergraduate and graduate writers, and offers workshops on a wide variety of topics. Andrew also serves as the president of the Composition and TESOL Association, where he ensures that both social and academic events occur for graduate students in the CAL PhD program. Additionally, Andrew works as an English instructor at Huaqiao University in Quanzhou, China, and also serves as an intern for the Conference on College Composition and Communication's Wikipedia Initiative cohort.
