Pamela Sledge-Coley is currently the ExxonMobil US Southeast Area Sales manager for ExxonMobil Fuels, Lubricants & Specialties Marketing Company. She is responsible for leading sales efforts for ExxonMobil's Lubricants portfolio, including the flagship brand, Mobil1.

Prior to joining Lubricants in 2015, Pamela was a valuable team member of ExxonMobil Chemical. She joined the company in 2003 as a market planner and was promoted to various functional positions across the organization (business simplification lead, polymers marketing manager, supply chain supervisor, Olefins commercial sales manager for North America, functional auditor, and GEMS II (Global Enterprise Management System) controller respectively). Her assignments at ExxonMobil have allowed her to build a repertoire of various skills and have afforded her the opportunity to become an effective general manager and leader.

Her expertise includes sales effectiveness, alliance building while driving results, business controls, strategic market planning, contract negotiations, supply chain management, and talent recruitment and coaching.

Prior to joining Exxon, Pamela spent four years as an advisory sales specialist at IBM, where she was responsible for interpreting customers' needs, proposing solutions, and marketing IBM's products and services. Her contributions at IBM garnered her several awards, including IBM Top Gun Award, S/390 Product Business Unit Executive Awards, and Captain's Choice Award.

Pamela earned her MBA degree from Carnegie Mellon University and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (graduated with magna cum laude honors distinction) from ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø. While attending Carnegie Mellon, Pamela was chosen as a Committee of 200 Scholar. She attributes her success to C200's support: academic financial assistance, on-going mentorship, and countless examples of extraordinary achievement that motivates her to remain on track to attain her career goals.

A true leader, Pamela participates in various organizations. She has recently served on the Alumni Board of Directors for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø. Additionally, she has served as a mentor through ExxonMobil's Black Employee Success Team, where she has also functioned as the Chemical's site liaison to senior management.Additionally, Pamela is a charter member and past officer of the Katy, Texas, chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
