Join the IUP Career and Professional Development Center on Sunday, February 16, 2020, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at JCPenney's in the Indiana Mall, where the doors will be open to IUP students, faculty, and staff only.
Members of the IUP community will have the chance to shop for professional attire up to 60 percent off, which will include all business and business casual clothing, shoes, and accessories. IUP faculty and staff volunteers will be there to assist students in identifying professional clothing options. The JCPenney's team will be there as well to assist all shoppers.
Kelsey Thompson, associate director of the CPDC, helps to coordinate the event. "We want all IUP students to have the chance to begin to build their professional wardrobe," Thompson said. "The team at JCPenney's has been fantastic to work with, and we are looking forward to another great event this Sunday."
A shuttle bus will be running outside of Pratt Hall to JCPenney's every 15-20 minutes for students needing transportation.
Although pre-registration is not required to attend, students are encouraged to let the CPDC know they plan on attending the event by filling out the Student Registration form (please indicate "Suit-Up" in theEvent You Plan to Attendspace).
