ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø will honor 1,566 graduates during commencement ceremonies on May 10 and 11 at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex and will honor ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Governor Josh Shapiro and Indiana resident Ellen Sylves Ruddock, a 1966 graduate of IUP, with honorary Doctor of Public Services degrees.
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø will hold commencement ceremonies on Dec. 16 for 521 graduates, including 13 who completed their undergraduate studies with perfect 4.0 grade point averages.
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø honored alumna Bonnie Harbison Anderson, a pioneer in the field of transformative and strategic global healthcare, with an honorary doctor of science degree during the university’s spring commencement ceremonies.
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø will hold commencement ceremonies for 1,446 graduates on May 5 and 6 at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex. Students graduating in May and August are eligible to participate in the ceremonies.
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø will hold commencement ceremonies on December 10 for 551 graduates, including honoring students who have completed their bachelor’s degrees and who are graduating with perfect 4.0 grade point averages.
IUP will hold commencement ceremonies for 1,722 graduates on Friday, May 6, and Saturday, May 7, at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex. Students graduating in May and August are eligible to participate in the ceremonies.
IUP will hold commencement ceremonies on December 11 for 642 graduates, including honoring 12 undergraduates who completed their studies with perfect 4.0 grade point averages.
Undergraduate students: If you have not applied for December 2021 or January 2022 graduation, it is not too late. You must do this step in order for your name to appear in the Commencement booklet.
The Commencement Committee has announced dates and times for the in-person commencement ceremonies. All ceremonies will all take place at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex at these dates and times.
The Commencement Committee notified graduates and their families on February 15, 2021, that plans are still in progress for spring commencement ceremonies. No decision has been made about whether the ceremonies will be in-person or virtual—the committee is continuing to discuss all the possible options.
The Commencement Committee chairs have announced plans to honor December 2020 and January 2021 graduates in a virtual ceremony on December 12. The ceremony will be posted on the Commencement website for graduates and families to view.
