Zach Clark, director of Student Activities and Assessment for the Student Cooperative Association, has been honored as his service to the National Association for Campus Activities concludes after six years of dedicated service and leadership.
Zach Clark, director of Student Activities and Assessment for the Student Cooperative Association, was invited to serve as a guest faculty member and lead educational sessions pertaining to generational studies and effective communication and conflict resolution skills at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts' inaugural Leadership Development Internship at Hersheypark on June 22 and 23, 2021.
The Student Activity Committee, known by the IUP campus community as STATIC, responded to the COVID-19 pandemic and morphed an impossible situation into an extraordinary success. These hardworking undergraduate and graduate students, joined by their staff advisor, deserve nothing but recognition and appreciation from the university for a job well done.

Starting Thursday, April 29, students can begin selling back their textbooks—even those books not purchased from the Co-op Store—and get back up to 50 percent of the purchase price for titles being reused on campus. Buyback will run through Friday, May 7, at 4:00 p.m.
STATIC has extended the application deadline to roll throughout summer 2021. Please consider submitting your completed application packet to staticatiup@gmail.com and STATIC’s advisor at znclark@iup.edu. STATIC will consider all newly submitted applications throughout summer 2021 with no deadline.

Join STATIC for a celebration of natural hair and skin, as well as body positivity, as we present the first ever Kinks & Curls: A Celebration of Natural Hair and Skin on Friday, February 26, as part of IUP’s Black History Month programming. The event will take place on STATIC’s Instagram page and will feature DIY hair and skin care kits.
IUP Campus Rec Services and the Student Co-op Association have partnered with the AXperience, Indiana’s only indoor axe throwing range, to offer active student I-Card holders an opportunity to play at no charge. The Student Co-op will cover the cost.

Wellbeats is an on-demand fitness platform with more than 500 workouts, nutrition, and mindfulness classes. On January 14, IUP Campus Recreation Services completed installation of a Wellbeats virtual fitness kiosk that allows students to take in-person, yet virtual, Wellbeats classes in the HUB.
The Co-op Store is offering free shipping on all textbook orders placed through the close of business on Tuesday, January 26.Â
Although it will be operating under a new maximum capacity number, the Co-op Store will remain open for in-person business through December 22. The Holiday Sale continues with storewide savings of 20–50 percent across all categories, except textbooks.
