The Frederick Douglass Institute for Intercultural Research at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is an interdisciplinary, campus-wide body that serves as a resource for information about, and advocacy on issues related to diversity and equity at IUP. In addition, FDI contributes to the increase of retention and persistence through intentional programming and activity designed to foster community and academic success from first-year students to graduate scholars.
The Institute at IUP is a member of the , which is present across 14 campuses in the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø State System of Higher Education and seeks to support the growth, development, and success of students and faculty throughout the state.
