Procedure for Requesting Meal Tickets

Complete the Food/Refreshment Request for non-IUP funded events form. Submit the completed Food/Refreshment Request for non-IUP funded events form to the Office of Housing and Residence Life. The request may be submitted electronically via email (preferred method) to food-service-requests@list.iup.edu, faxed to 724-357-5762 (OHRL), or hand delivered to Ruddock Hall, Suite G-37.

The Office of Housing and Residence Life will issue meal tickets and arrange for pickup with the requestor.
