48 credits from the major in Culinary Arts
- 39 credits from the completion of Culinary Program Coursework and Externship
- 9 credits from the Culinary Program will articulate toward the Liberal Studies requirement.
12 credits in Liberal Studies
Liberal studies is the common core curriculum required for all undergraduate students that includes subjects related to the humanities, arts, and sciences.

- English: ENGL 101 (Must complete a placement test to test into ENGL 101. May need to take ENGL 100 in addition, depending on placement test results.)
