The Keystone Initiative for Network Based Education and Research (KINBER) is a nonprofit coalition of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's education, research, healthcare, economic development, and other nonprofit-based communities. IUP, as a university of the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø State System of Higher Education, is part of this important initiative.
