Instructions for Creating Your Faculty Tenure Single File Application and Uploading Faculty Tenure Applications

When you have completed the application and you are ready to upload this PDF file:

  • In the MyIUP portal:
    • Log in to . Go to Discover and search for "tenure."
    • On the Faculty Contracts and Forms card, click either Tenure form submission: spring hires or Tenure form submission: fall hires.
  • The following instructions are also listed on the Upload page.
    • Step 1: Select the type of application you will be submitting from the dropdown box.
    • Step 2: Upload your application. To start, click on Browse. Go to the file location of your PDF to upload.
    • Step 3: Click upload to submit your application.
