All registrations, Act 48 forms, and checks/payments must be submitted by Friday, April 11, 2024. Sorry, no on-site registration is available.

Registration for this year’s conference is a two-step process.  If your district or school is making payment, you can see the product costs by entering the Marketplace and adding the appropriate products to your cart.

You will receive an email confirmation of your payment that also serves as your conference registration payment.

Step One: Register and Make Payment

  • Regular Registration: $100 (includes lunch!)
  • First-time Registration: $55 (includes lunch!)
    • If you are attending IUPSMCoFLT for the very first time, you qualify for this one-time offer to benefit from the reduced rate for the full conference registration.
  • Student Registration: $35 (includes lunch!)
    • If you are a student in a foreign language education/certification program, please send us a copy of your 2023–24 student ID card as well as the name and contact information of your advisor, and you will receive full conference registration at the discounted rate. Please send a copy of your student ID card to Christina Huhn (huhn@iup.edu) or Marjorie Zambrano-Paff (mzambran@iup.edu).

Full registration includes access to all conference sessions as well as morning coffee and a light luncheon.

Step Two: ACT 48 Form

  1. Download ACT 48 form
  2. Fill out form completely, including signature
  3. Submit via email to heide@iup.edu
  4. At the conference, be sure to sign in and out, and complete the requested evaluation survey
