The IUP Libraries newly launched Information Desk merges two important services: Ask a Librarian and Hawks Q&A. Located on the first floor of Stapleton Library, the Information Desk helps students and faculty get answers to questions about library research, library services, and any questions they might have about IUP.
Seriously, ask us anything! If the Information Desk staff can't help you, they will connect you with a librarian or somebody on campus who can.
If you prefer to ask a research question from a remote location, we’ve got you covered: you can chat, email, text, or make an appointment with a librarian through our service.
The Hawks Q&A staff is also here to help with questions about IUP and student services! Send your question to Hawks Q&A by submitting an ihelp ticket or sending an email to iup-hawks@iup.edu.
