Pamela Guzman graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in June 2012. Based on her academic achievement, she received and accepted a full Board of Governor Scholarship to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø. She is currently an IUP student, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. She is originally from the Dominican Republic, but lives in Philadelphia, Pa.
Pamela is involved in Ritmo Latino, a dance group that spreads cultural awareness through dance, and the Latino Student Organization (LaSO), which aims to educate the IUP community about Latino heritage. She also works with Caring About Latino Student Achievement (CALSA) which promotes the retention and success of Latino student in higher education.
