IUP at Northpointe students who are experiencing problems using/accessing their computer account, MyIUP, D2L, etc. are highly encouraged to seek help from IUP's IT Support. All students are required to download Duo, the multifactor authentication application to access their account.
IUP utilizes a Web Single Sign-on Service (WebSO) to handle access to the various services provided by the university. This allows user to use their IUP computing account username and a single password to access WebSO-configured services.
