Biography/Professional Experience
Palmer, a graduate of Carlow College and the University of Pittsburgh, is a professor with a research focus on marginalized groups and parenting. Palmer is an applied researcher and evaluator with experience in clinical settings and urban school districts, as well as nonprofit youth- and family-serving organizations.
