The University Senate Research Committee reviews grant proposals for two programs during the year. Small Grant awards of up to $4,000 for one investigator or $8,000 for two or more investigators to support original research and scholarship and up to $2,000 to support conference travel are reviewed eight times throughout the academic year. Senate Fellowship awards of up to $3,500 per investigator or $7,000 for two or more investigators are made annually.
