- Select an entry term for the Culinary AAS or Baking AAS (liberal studies coursework) that begins after your externship is scheduled to be completed.

Did you complete college coursework before attending the Academy of Culinary Arts?
College classes completed prior to graduating from the Academy may fill some or all of the Culinary or Baking AAS liberal studies requirement. Official transfer credit evaluation is established through the Transfer Services Office in the Office of Admissions. If applicable, be sure to submit official copies of your college transcripts (other than IUP) when you apply.
