**BONUS! Usually, our most popular suite costs $8,300. We're giving freshmen in 2024 a $1,000 housing scholarship for living on campus. All suite types apply. Room and board amounts above are based on the most common room (the two-person shared semi-suite) and the most popular meal plan (19 meals/week and $250 Flex). Amounts vary according to the other housing and meal plan options available.

Students will also incur other expenses not included on their billing statement that are factored into calculating their cost of attendance. These additional expenses include books, course materials, and supplies estimated at $1,100, personal/miscellaneous expenses estimated at $1,580, transportation expenses ranging from an estimated $500 to $1,500, and estimated federal direct loan fees estimated at $100 (as applicable). Residence Hall life has it all. You're close to your classes, shows on campus, sporting events, dining options, and fitness and health facilities. You'll also enjoy activities planned for your floor by your residence hall assistant, a student you can turn to if you have any questions about college life or resources you need.

Visit, and you'll be surprised by how new our residence and dining facilities are. Rates listed are per person per semester for the 2023–24 academic year. Housing costs listed below are before the $500/semester on-campus housing scholarship that all residential students automatically receive.  Cook Honors College students should contact the Honors College if they have questions.
