- Charles Darwin Collection: The Paul R. Hicks Memorial. Explore images and publications about naturalist Charles Robert Darwin (1809-1882), and learn about this publication available through the .
- Fausold Family Collection: This collection was created in 1984 when Dr. Martin L. Fausold (1921-2008) donated the papers of his father, Samuel Fausold, to the Special Collections and University Archives at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø. Samuel Fausold (1888-1948) served as president of Indiana State Teachers College from 1936 to 1939. The Fausold Family Collection has grown to include many Western ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø documents from the colonial era to the present, including correspondence, diaries, ledgers, memorabilia, photographs, publications, and scrapbooks. The collection contains the papers of the Honorable John Fausold (1808-1884) who served the State of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø in numerous public offices for 55 years. Search the .
- Patricia Hilliard-Robertson: A tribute to IUP's astronaut. Dr. Hilliard-Robertson graduated from IUP in 1985 (see ).

- Labor History Lectures by Dr. Irwin Marcus: Dr. Marcus is professor emeritus of the History Department at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.
- Logan Moorhead Collection: This collection includes the Civil War letters that were written by brothers Robert Alexander Lowry and William Gustin Lowry, both of whom died during the Civil War, and the Civil War diary of their mother Rhoda Stone Lowry. These collections were donated by Logan Moorhead (1921-2017) see .
- Mary Harris "Mother" Jones: Mother Jones visited Indiana County, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, during the 1921 coal strike for unionization.
- Mining Injuries and Fatalities in Berwind-White Coal Mining Company Mines
- Norvelt in Westmoreland County and Penn-Craft in Fayette County, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø: Subsistence Homestead Communities of the 1930s.

- Remembering the 1906 Strike for Union in Windber, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø. On April 2, 1906, as many as 5,000 Windber area miners publicly demonstrated their desire to join the United Mine Workers of America.

- John P. Saylor: Conservationist in Congress. Congressman Saylor (1908-1973) represented Western ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1949 until his death.
