In this applied and experiential workshop, participants will assess their own wellness using a five factor wellness inventory (access to the inventory and workbooks will be purchased for participants by the Center for Teaching Excellence); understand the value of intentional self-care; experience a variety of wellness techniques including yoga, meditation, exercise, and healthy eating; create a wellness toolkit; and receive a wellness workbook. This faculty wellness workshop will be led by Dr. Lorraine J. Guth, Professor and Clinical Coordinator for Master's Programs, IUP Department of Counseling, with guest experts leading practice in a variety of wellness techniques.
