Linda Jennings met with the committee to discuss her Music and Culture Around the World Class - she will make revisions and resubmit her proposal

For Discussion:

  1. The committee discussed the request on petitions for a liberal studies exception to use sign language as a foreign language. The committee felt that this is not an appropriate substitution.
  2. The committee continued discussion of the possible ways to make the new curriculum work in our current environment.
  3. The LSC will meet with the UWUCC on 30 November, 2010 to further communication and begin discussions on the new curriculum issues together.
