Important Notes
- All graduate students will be assessed a per-credit tuition rate.
- Students are charged tuition and fees based on the student level at which they are admitted. Therefore, if you are a graduate student taking undergraduate credits, you will be assessed at the graduate tuition rate.
- Residency reclassification questions should be directed to the Registrar's Office in , 724-357-2217.
- Distance Education students will be charged at a per-credit rate.
The International Orientation Fee is $150. It is a one-time fee and is charged to all incoming international students.

Additional international student fees not included above include:
Evacuation and Repatriation Fee
This fee must be paid by all international students. This fee is $45 for the fall semester, $60 for the spring semester (also includes summer), and $30 for the summer semester. This fee is not refundable.
Immigration Fee
Following the September 11, 2001, tragedies and the implementation of the US Patriot Act, international offices across the USA are required to provide more detailed and frequent immigration information related to all international students, visitors, and their dependents. A $100 fee will be assessed each academic semester to all registered international students. Funds generated will be used to support personnel and operating costs associated with these mandatory reporting requirements. This fee is not refundable.
